Active Members
Eligibility:
Active members in good standing have the privilege to vote, to hold elected or appointed offices, and to participate in all FNCSC activities. Active membership is effective upon registration and payment of current dues. An active member is considered in good standing when annual dues and all current activity and program fees are paid in full.
- Spouses of Active Duty or Retired Commissioned Officer, Warrant Officer, or Enlisted Soldier of the Armed Forces of the United States assigned to Fort Novosel, AL or residing in the local Wiregrass area.
- Un-remarried widows or widowers of military personnel of the Armed Forces of the United States who reside in the local Wiregrass area.

Associate Members
Eligibility:
Associate Members in good standing have the privilege to vote, to hold appointed office, and to participate in all FNCSC activities. Associate Members may not hold an elected office. Associate membership is effective upon registration and payment of current dues. An Associate Member is considered in good standing when annual dues and all current activity and program fees are pain in full.
- Divorcees of military personnel of the Armed Forces of the United States who have retained their military privileges and reside in the Fort Novosel, local Wiregrass area.
- Spouses of International Officers or Enlisted Military Personnel on Active Duty assigned to Fort Novosel, AL.
- Spouses of National Guard or Reserve military personnel not on active duty orders but residing in the Fort Novosel, local Wiregrass area.
- Spouses of DOD/DA Contractors of Fort Novosel.
- Spouses of veterans who were honorably discharged provided the number does not exceed 5% of the total general membership.
Associate Members in good standing have the privilege to vote, to hold appointed office, and to participate in all FNCSC activities. Associate Members may not hold an elected office. Associate membership is effective upon registration and payment of current dues. An Associate Member is considered in good standing when annual dues and all current activity and program fees are pain in full.
Honarary members
Eligibility:
- Spouses of General Officers assigned to Fort Novosel, AL: Commanding General and Deputy Commanding General of the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence, Commanding General United States Army Combat Readiness Safety Center as well as the Command Sergeant Major of the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence and the Command Sergeant Major of the United States Army Combat Readiness Safety Center.
- Spouses of retired or deceased general officers that have served Fort Novosel as the Commanding General or Deputy Commanding General of the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence, or the Commanding General of the United States Combat Readiness Safety Center as well as spouses of retired or deceased Command Sergeant Major who have served as the Command Sergeant Major of the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence and the Command Sergeant Major of the United States Army Combat Readiness Safety Center, and reside in the Fort Novosel, local Wiregrass area.
- The President, in conjunction with the Honorary President, shall invite other distinguished individuals to be honorary members upon approval of the majority vote of the FNCSC Executive Board.
- Honorary Members will not be assessed dues; however, if an Honorary Member wishes to vote at the general meetings, they must pay dues. Honorary Members may not hold an elected or appointed office or be a committee chairperson.
Eligible guests
Eligible or non-eligible non-members may attend one General Membership meeting per FNCSC fiscal year as a non-member. This excludes members-only functions.
Vendors who are selling at an FNCSC General Membership meeting may be invited to stay the duration of the meeting.
Children ages 6 months and older are ineligible to attend General Membership meetings.
