To Whom It May Concern,
The Fort Rucker Community Spouses’ Club (FRCSC) has a longstanding tradition of supporting the local community by providing scholarships to college or technical school bound high school seniors and continuing education students. In the last twelve years, the FRCSC has awarded nearly $265,000 in scholarships thanks to the help of our past contributors. Our goal is to continue to assist students seeking higher education. We will only be able to do so with the support of community partners like yourself.
Contributions made under $500 will be awarded as part of the FRCSC Scholarships. Contributions that are $500 and above qualify the contributor to be named as a scholarship sponsor, i.e., “FRCSC Scholarship sponsored by [business/organization name]”. At the Scholarship Ceremony, to be held in May 2019, Silver and Gold sponsors are asked to provide at least one representative to personally present their award to the scholarship recipient;
The Sponsorship levels are as follows:
Bronze $1-$499
Silver $500-$999
Gold $1,000 and above
FRCSC would like to thank our loyal supporters by promoting their business/organization in our newsletter, Flightlines, on our official club website, and on our club's Facebook page. As well as, with the opportunity to include your promotional items in The Annual Bazaar bags (the Bazaar will be held November 2nd and 3rd 2018). I have attached the contribution contract and an explanation of the sponsorship levels.
The Fort Rucker Community Spouses’ Club is a 501(c)4 organization. Donations are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes, however if needed for your records, or tax ID number is 63-0500701.
If you have any questions or would like to obtain further information, please feel free to contact me directly.
Respectfully,
Elesa Johnson
